East Boro Housing Services Limited is a friendly, professional maintenance service providing response repairs and planned maintenance services to the private market across Dorset and surrounding areas.

Formed in 2010, East Boro Housing Services Ltd (EBHSL) is a subsidiary company of East Boro Housing Trust and was set up in response to the demand for services provided everyday to Trust tenants but for customers on a private basis, be they individual customers or corporate clients. Types of work covered include:-

response maintenance repairs
planned maintenance
cyclical maintenance
adaptations for people with physical disabilities
security, fire alarms and fire risk assessments
assisted technology/telecare works
grounds maintenance
care-taking
plus much more!

If you have work you need carried out, large or small, give the Team a call on 01202 883503, they'll be happy to help and can answer any queries you may have. East Boro Housing Services Limited is a fee paying service but we offer competitive rates and don't charge any membership fees. What's more, any profits generated from EBHSL's trading activities are gift-aided back to the Trust.
