General Services

East Boro prides itself on providing vulnerable and supported living tenants with "more than just a home" as our tenants are our reason for being. Housing and Support Services are provided to both sheltered housing tenants and adults with learning disabilities and are an essential part of the Trust's services and overall ethos of the organisation. The Trust provides a complete housing management service that includes:

• tenancy management
• scheme management
• benefits advice and help
• rent collection and arrears management

These help tenants live securely within their own home and housing management services combine with maintenance and support services to provide a complete menu of choice to our tenants.
