Learning Disability Supported Living Services

Learning Disability Supported Living Support workers help adults with learning disabilities to live independently within their own home on a daily basis.

Help given by support workers includes:

• life skills
• tenancy management
• individual support plans
• full risk assessments
• a personal approach that enables individuals to maximise this, their own chosen lifestyle, whilst living within a good quality and safe environment

East Boro Housing Trust also commissions complete support and care packages for tenants who require extra support within learning disability supported living units.
