General ServicesMaintenance & RepairEast Boro Housing Trust provides a complete maintenance and response repair service. Response repairs needs are categorised under the following categories:
The Trust employs its own direct labour team which includes; plumbers, painters, carpenters, general maintenance, gardeners, plus gas engineers and electricians, who are retained under the contract to the Trust. All out of hours emergency repairs (from 4:30pm - 8:00am Mon - Fri & 4:30pm Fri - 8:00am Mon) are responded to on behalf of the Trust by Signpost Services (only category 1 repairs).
