Handy Van Security Service
East Boro's Handy Van Security Service launched in 2010 as an extension to the existing Handy Van Repair scheme, a friendly and professional maintenance service focusing solely on home security works. From April 2012 this service is only available in the Bournemouth area.

Labour is free - Materials free up to a value of £150
Funded by Bournemouth Borough Council there is no charge for labour and materials are also free up to a value of £150 per property. Supported by Dorset Police this service aims to provide practical guidance and assistance to make your home safe and secure.
From security measures such as key safes, window locks, door locks, window shock alarms, door chains, spy holes and letterbox protectors to more general repairs such as mending broken window/door frames and securing outside gates, there's alot the Handy Van Security Service can offer.
All staff are CRB police checked and the service is provided on an appointment basis.
