Policies and Tenant Handbook

Below you can download Trust policies and the Tenant Handbook.

Tenant Handbook:

East Boro Housing Trust provides all its Tenants with a handbook when they join the Trust. The handbook details the services and responsibilities that the Trust has and will provide to its Tenants.

Furthermore, the handbook details the Tenant's obligation towards the Trust as its landlord. The Handbook is currently being updated - a link to download a copy will be uploaded soon.

Tenant / Resident Involvement Policy:

The Trust also has a full tenant/resident involvement policy which it implements to commit to, involve, and report to, its tenants needs and wants in the way in which the Trust is managed.
