Social Tenants Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs)
The Social Tenants Access to Information Requirements scheme (STAIRs) are designed to make it easier for you to find information about how we work, the services we provide and how we're performing.
The two main aspects of STAIRs are the Publication Scheme and the Access to Information:
- Publication Scheme: Under the publication scheme, we are required to publish certain information and documents.
- Access to Information / Information Requests: Under STAIRs, as a customer you’ll also be able to request specific information about our business. This will come into effect in the new year, and we will update this accordingly with how you can get in touch.
