East Boro’s Learning Disability Supported Living support workers help adults with learning disabilities to live independently within their own home on a daily basis.
Help given by support workers includes:
- Life skills
- Tenancy management
- Individual support plans
- Full risk assessments
- A personal approach that enables individuals to maximise this, their own chosen lifestyle, whilst living within a good quality and safe environment
East Boro also commissions complete support and care packages for tenants who require extra support within learning disability supported living units.
