Welcome to our web site: East Boro Housing Trust is a "Traditional" Housing Association, which began in Wimborne, Dorset, in 1960. Starting with just one scheme, the Trust now manages over 24 housing schemes throughout the Dorset area and provides Housing and Support Services to;

• the sheltered elderly
• adults with learning disabilities
• small families with general needs

The Trust prides itself on being "big enough to cope but small enough to care" and as an accredited Supporting People Support Service Provider, East Boro seeks to provide tenants with more than just a home. Services offered include;

• A caring daily support service to tenants with a Learning Disability and the sheltered elderly
• An efficient maintenance service
• An effective housing management and administrative service

Our tenants are our reason for being and the Trust strives to ensure that it involves tenants at the centre of everything that we do.

The Trust has also joined with neighbouring housing organisations in the Source Development Partnership. As a Member of the Source Development Partnership The Trust will ensure that it continues to develop new housing schemes and complementary support services to provide security and opportunity to both its existing and future tenants. Our Board of Management and Staff Team are dedicated and enthusiastic about working with Local Authorities and other Partner Organisations to ensure that we continually advance our service standards and reach our goals for the benefit of our customers.
