New Home for Homes4Let

Homes4Let, social letting agency, is owned and managed by East Boro Housing Services Ltd which is a subsiduary of East Boro Housing Trust. They have been working in partnership with Poole and Bournemouth Councils since October 2002 and currently manage property throughout Dorset, providing a service that is professional, cost effective and ethical. Homes4Let assist landlords by finding suitable referenced tenants that have been referred by the respective local councils  and provides a full and very reasonably priced management service.

 

During February Homes4Let offices have moved from their offices in Poole to East Boro Housing Trust's Head Office in Wimborne.  To make sure they are just as accessible to their tenants and landlords, Homes4Let will be retaining a base in Poole and Bournemouth.  Starting in March they will be running drop–in sessions at both Bournemouth and Poole Councils for current and potential Homes4Let tenants, landlords and other stakeholders to meet us and discuss current housing issues.
